My Health Journey Started Early...
I’ve been into wellness since high school—thanks to my crunchy mama who taught me about essential oils, the truth about fats, and why raw milk is superior (before it was trendy).
That early exposure cracked the door open to a life of questioning mainstream health advice and digging into what actually works.
In my 20s, I dove deep into the fitness world and competed in bodybuilding shows. I was disciplined, driven, and totally obsessed with aesthetics. And honestly? It worked for that season.
I didn’t have a period, and I didn’t have a peaceful relationship with food—but I also didn’t have a husband, a child, or a walk with Christ. I could afford to be all-in on my body, and I loved chasing goals.
But then came motherhood—and everything changed.
When My Life Changed, My Body Did Too
Becoming a mom shifted everything.
My body was different. My hormones were louder. My nervous system was fried.
And suddenly, the routines and rules that once “worked” just left me feeling depleted and disconnected.
Motherhood forced me to slow down.
Faith taught me to tune in.
And burnout pushed me to stop chasing control and start rebuilding from the inside out.

Why I Do This Work Now
I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTA) in 2020 and haven’t stopped learning since.
I continued my education with fitness certifications, functional testing, and lab analysis—including HTMA and blood chemistry—so I could help clients get to the root of their symptoms instead of chasing surface-level fixes.
Now I guide women through a personalized, faith-rooted approach that supports their metabolism, minerals, nervous system, and hormones—without the extremes, guesswork, or shame.
